Architectural Interior Design

This is the design and installation of a turn key scheme, including any architectural finishes and fittings, with project management of our contractors, or any specialist trades who make any installations for us on the project, including joinery, window treatments, kitchens, bathrooms, specialist finishes etc

Our design and supply fees are charged at 15% of your total (pre-budgeted) expenditure for the items we supply and install

To set against those fees, we share all trade discounts obtained from our suppliers equally with you in a fully transparent working method, meaning you see all trade quotes and invoices, and are free to pay the suppliers directly, which brings down the overall cost of your project

E-DEsign

This lighter touch is useful for simpler projects, or projects which must be carried out remotely, either because they are overseas, or because it best suits the client in the current climate

It usually doesn't envisage any construction work (although we have also advised and designed for construction projects as far afield as Sydney, Australia…so everything is possible!) and is charged at an hourly rate of £150.
