Location | Essex countryside

Type | Tudor Manor House, 1532

Style | Timeless, traditional, using vernacular materials with modern flair

Work | Interior Design and creative direction of contractors

An incredible timbered Tudor Manor House, dated 1532 above the door. We were briefed to improve the flow, update the living arrangements, and give the property a stylish overhaul, whilst still respecting the listed building itself. We used the materials originally used in the house, oak, iron and steel, colours of the stone flag, oak beams, and lavender tinge to the lime plaster render to create the scheme.
