Full design and project management
The complete turn-key service, from first conversation to final styling. We manage everything - design concept, spatial planning, appointment of contractors and specialists, procurement, construction oversight, and installation. You remain as involved as you choose to be. We handle the complexity so you do not have to. Typically from £250,000 project value.
Architectural interior design
For projects where structural work or renovation is involved and you already have your own contractors in place. We work alongside your team - and any architects - to design spaces that are both beautiful and precisely functional. Covers concept development, spatial planning, 3D visuals, material and finish specification, lighting design and contractor coordination. Typically from £150,000.
How we work
Step 1
First conversation. A complimentary call or meeting to understand your project, your priorities, and whether we are the right fit for each other. No obligation on either side.
Step 2
The brief. Through site visits and detailed discussion we establish your practical needs, aesthetic preferences, timeline and budget. This becomes the foundation everything else is built on.
Step 3
Concept. We present the design direction - lookbooks, material samples, floor plans, visuals and indicative costs - so you can see exactly where the project is heading before committing further.
Step 4
Design and specification. Once the concept is approved, we finalise every detail. Materials, finishes, construction drawings, contractor specifications, procurement schedules and full costings.
Step 5
Build and installation. We oversee construction, coordinate all trades and finishers, and manage procurement of all furnishings and accessories in parallel.
Step 6
Final styling. Once construction is complete, we handle delivery, installation and the final layer of styling. You arrive to a finished home.
