A LOOK AT OUR MORE MODERN PROJECTS
When approaching more contemporary projects, we’ve worked to complement the architectural style of the building, to enhance its features and capture its design ethos. As part of that, we’ve sought to layer modern comforts
KENSINGTON SQUARE GARDENS
A Queen Anne townhouse, built in the same year as the Bank of England was founded, 1693, it was the first house built in this now prestigious square. Grade II listed, and with many original features, including a ballroom and adjacent wig room. Now carefully moved into the C21 for a young family, with all modern comforts, whilst preserving and appreciating the original bones and features of this incredible super prime property.
